Spa
How do I book Spa Access?
Pleases E-Mail our Spa reception team via email to check availability and proceed with the booking.
Why do I need to book spa timeslots?
To allow a better spa experience within our facilities and avoid overcrowding. Our Spa reception team will require your full name, your room number with your arrival and departure dates (if you are resident), the number of people in your party, your preferred date and time. This is only necessary if you want to access our spa facilities between 13:00-19:00.
What are the opening times of the Village Spa?
The Village Spa is open Monday-Friday 06:30-22:00, Saturday 07:30-20:00, Sunday 07:30-20:30. Last entrance for the spa pool is one hour prior to closing time. Over the weekend, the Hydrotherapy Pool does get busy so access may be restricted between 15:30-16:45.
Are lockers provided?
Yes, lockers are available within the Village Spa facilities requiring a refundable £1 coin or token. Leisure towels are provided to our Hotel guests and those on Spa Day packages.
Is there a dress code for the village Spa ?
Official swimwear is only acceptable in the Village Spa Pool & Thermal Journey. Leisure wear is not acceptable.
How old do you need to be to use facilities?
A +16 years age restriction applies to use the Thermal Suites, Gym and treatment rooms. Children under this age are allowed to use the Pool with adult supervision. Our Health & Safety policy for the Swimming pool is a ratio of one adult per two children (the adult must be in the pool with the children).
Can I bring alcohol and drink glasses into the Village Spa
No alcohol is allowed within the Village Spa and no glassware.
Can I use a mobile in the Village Spa
We do ask mobiles are not brought into the Village Spa and privacy is respected in public areas.
Can I have treatments if I am pregnant?
Yes if you are 11 weeks and under we can offer the following treatments:
Be mindful (package), Inner beauty facial, Deep cleansing facial
12 weeks & over we can offer the following treatments:
Be restful-using nourishing body oil, Be relaxed-use exfoliating body polish, Be revived-use exfoliating body polish, Be mindful, Be grounded-using nourishing body oil pre-natal, Inner calm massage using nourishing body oil, Muscle reviver-using nourishing body oil, Massage – no muscle rescue balm to be used, Scrub – exfoliating body polish only to be used
Can children have treatments?
We offer treatments from the age of 16 only when booked with someone over 18 years old. The treatments will be carried out together in a duo room.
Do you offer Day Passes
Yes, we offer passes for use of the Leisure facilities, Monday to Thursday from 10:00 until 14:00, to be pre-booked and pre-paid. £30 per person. Not available during school holidays. E-Mail
