Can I pay on arrival?

Our policy is to receive payment 3 days prior to arrival. We will E-Mail you a link to our payment getaway to allow for secure payment. Should you make a last-minute reservation, our system will ask you to provide a credit/debit card number to guarantee your booking. Payment will need to be received at time of check-in for the entire length of your stay.

 

 

Can I pay cash on arrival for my room?

We request payment prior to arrival. We accept all credit and debit cards.

 

 

Why did my payment not go out of my bank when I booked?

Card details are taken to confirm the booking. A payment link will be sent within 48 hours if pre-payment is required otherwise payment will be requested with the online check in email 3 days prior to arrival.
