How do I book more than one room at a time online?
Once you click on BOOK NOW, you will be asked to enter the arrival and departure dates, the number of adults, children, age of children and number of rooms. Enter your selection and click on Book Now at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, when you are on our booking platform and select a bedroom type and meal type, you are able to add (+) a room in the summary box that appears on the right end side of your screen.
Do you have any rooms with self-catering facilities?
None of our bedrooms have kitchen facilities.
Room Service is available 24hr/7.
What do the cottages contain?
Our cottages have been converted to accommodate up to 5 bedrooms. Some cottages offer a combination of Executive, Classic bedrooms and Signature Suites. Our cottages do not have a communal lounge area or kitchen. However, they provide families or groups of friends to have their bedrooms next to each other, with only one access door to the cottage. Do you have day rooms?
Yes, our bedrooms can be booked for the day, and priced at the full daily rate.
Simply book a bedroom via our website or via our reservations team. E-Mail and confirm expected arrival time.
Are robes in every bedroom / why don’t I get robes free?
Only if you have booked an Executive bedroom (Double/Twin/Family) or Suite, these are provided in the bedroom awaiting your arrival. Alternatively, you have booked an upgrade of either Bathrobe and Slippers or Luxury ESPA Package
If you have booked one of our Classic bedrooms, you can purchase our Luxury ESPA pack at time of making your booking or prior to your arrival. It includes a Bathrobe, a facecloth, a set of ESPA shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap, as well as a 300ml bottle of water.
How do I access the Friends of the Last Drop rate?
We provide different access points to our FOLD rate. Via our Offers page, via the Menu on the top left corner of our home page (select Offers), or directly via our BOOK NOW button.
Can I book a 2-night stay with different meal options for each night?
Please check our Offers section as some of our packages offer different meal options.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can book a Bed & Breakfast rate for two nights and then select as an added component to your stay choice of dinner in the Courtyard Restaurant, or the Drop Inn. Alternatively on the night try these outlets or the Courtyard Bar or Room Service
Why don’t you offer 3 courses for dinner anymore as part of a package?
We have updated our offering to provide flexibility to our guests. Our new menu offers the option to choose a starter/main-course or main-course/desert. This allows our guests to decide if they want an extra dish, be it a starter or a desert.
We take food wastage very seriously as part of our sustainability credentials, so we prefer to leave it to our guests to decide how hungry they are at the time of their dinner.
